As soon as your resume comes up for perusal, it is routed to the appropriate recruiter for review across specific paradigms: employment history, skillsets, achievements and academic/professional qualifications. The candidate is also put through a series of skill, personality and behavioral assessments. This is followed by a face-to-face talk to get to know the candidate better. Background screening is undertaken simultaneously both for internal and client requirements. Once all these records are ready, the candidate is presented for client consideration or for direct interview.
